Hannah Lindoff
Executive Director
Lindoff joined SeaShare in April 2024 after working 15 years at the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, where she was most recently Senior Director of Global Marketing and Strategy. At ASMI, she utilized her expansive global experience to guide strategy, obtain grant funding, and manage special projects with a cross-departmental and industry-wide scope. Lindoff has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington and an MFA from the University of Alaska Anchorage
Janne Haugen
Development Director
Janne Haugen joined SeaShare as the new Development Director in September 2025. She brings a decade of experience in fisheries science, sustainable marine resource management, and fundraising, with a strong track record of building partnerships across government, NGOs, industry, and local communities. Haugen holds a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, an MS from the University of Aberdeen, and a BS from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
Anna Schactler
Seafood Industry Liaison
Schactler joined SeaShare in March 2025 after working for two years in the retail and home-care service industries. Anna grew up in a commercial fishing family that’s involved in promoting Alaska seafood and fisheries policy, and crewed on her family’s Kodiak seiner for several years. Her commercial fishing background brings a new perspective to SeaShare’s work with the seafood industry. She has a BA in Public Policy from Western Washington University and is excited to pair her education and seafood industry knowledge with her dedication to food security for all.
